Who can become a Permanent Vote by Mail Voter:

• Any registered voter has the right to apply for Permanent Vote by Mail voter status.
• A voter whose name appears on the Permanent Vote by Mail voter list shall remain on the list and shall be mailed a Vote by Mail ballot for each election conducted within his or her precinct.

Removal from Permanent Absentee List:

• Failure to return a vote by mail ballot in four (4) consecutive statewide General Elections will automatically remove you from the Permanent Vote by Mail Voters List. Be advised, this will not cancel your registration but you will need to reapply for the Permanent Vote by Mail voter status.
