- How to Request Voter File Information - Be Advised: You must send in a copy of your current driver’s license with a completed “Request for Information” form prior to your request being reviewed. Once the completed form and nature for your request has been reviewed, our office will contact you. Upon approval, you have seven (7) calendar days to send a cashiers or personal check for the cost of the file.; Your information will be mailed to you after receipt of payment.
